Starbucks

Manager Charissa was extremely rude. There was a mistake made on my order and she made it seem like it was my fault. Not very helpful. I rarely go to this Starbucks, but the one on BULLARD&BELL is my usual. You're better off going to that one in my opinion

Parking lot is always a mess¹

Ordered 2 grande drinks, a frapp and a latte. Sat for a total of 15 minutes, there weren't many people and most of that time was at the window waiting for drinks. First drink the Frappuccino came out quick but waited a long time for the latte. There was a cup sitting on the counter for most of the time we were sitting then she grabs it and hands it saying that was my drink. So without questioning it I start driving off and halfway down the street I realize they gave me a mocha. I drive back and go in to get my drink and they take the mocha from me and put it right back on the counter to give to whoever actually ordered it. You never ever take back food or drinks after a customer has touched them and if you do it gets thrown away not served to someone else!!

This is by far the slowest location I have been to. My mobile order is usually cold by the time I arrive to pick it up, particularly if I wait in line at the drive thru, which takes 20-30 min most mornings. I wish they could find a way to move faster.
