Been here 2 times each time my drink is disgusting. First time I was served ice and watered Carmel, I get a peppermint mocha just milk and way to much peppermint. It takes a special kind of stupid to mess up coffee.

Employee was grocery shopping and left the booth unattended until I had to get the Customer Service desk to call her over. She also told another customer that she couldn't make any more drinks after mine but they were still supposed to be open for another 35 minutes.
