Great Starbucks! Fast and polite. My order was perfect and delicious! Drive thru is great easy to go thru

*Writing a review to help improvement of this store.* I have been coming to this location since I moved in Stoney Creek (2 years). At the beginning the service at this location was very slow and staff were arrogant and more chatty to each other than taking customer. Since Amanda came to this store it has been getting better. Im assuming she is a shift leader because everything is always good when she is here; cleanliness, drinks and food quality and customer service. I used to come here with all my coworkers to work together but since this location do not focus on customer's instructions we all had to go to Starbucks in Grimsby. I would like to suggest a lot of improvement on following customer's instructions as simple as ;"light ice, extra syrup, extra add ons etc". I come 2-3 times a day at Starbucks and it gets embarrassing to ask to remake the drink everytime I order and most of the staff gives attitude like they are being bothered when customers ask to remake the drinks that they made wrong. That is 3 drinks a day wasted. Starbucks is known for quality beverages; customers are spending $7 - $12 a drink! Regular-customers that comes 2-3 times a day spends around $200 every week and that is unfortunate to lose over forgetting to put a pump of syrup! I hope this review helps :)

I mean, its Starbys. Whats not to love?

I order a drink the milk in it tasted sour, normally they are suppose to offer to remake it but nothing had to order a new drink and spend more money. Not impressed
