Starbucks

Madison was amazing! I don’t understand Starbucks well enough to order it, but I had to do it for my girlfriend, and after a little bit of struggling, she came in like a superhero, and made me the best drink ever.

The staff turnover hurts this location. The trainees are slow and unknowlegeable about how to ring up or make drinks so it drastically slows down the process. I have been wrongfully charged multiple times, and instead of them fixing it, I'm sent to the Kroger customer service line, therefore adding more time to my already long wait.

I tried frequenting this Starbucks Location, because it’s near my work location, but every time I have my mouth watered up for anything, it’s a fail!.. I been coming there since the beginning of last year and they are always out of something or the oven isn’t working very very disappointing. Although the employees are pleasant this location sucks due the fact they had me waste my time coming here for nothing on the regular. I have given up coming here as of yesterday!!

Why are you guys ALWAYS out of everything… All I see on my app is “sold out at this store” for every single coffee item. Ridiculous.

3 issues. I got half a cup of drink. I asked the lady for OATMILK and she made it with regular milk. What if I was allergic ??? I went back inside and wasn’t even offered a refund. I had to go to work so this place wasted my money and my time.
