Impressed with the food and staff. The staff above all else have customer service just right. They need high praise for their work. Well done!

Coffee is really sweet and I always need an extra shot or two added but it is usually really tasty. Today was busier than should have been .... Quite slow and didn't give my daughter part of her order even after she asked 3 times.

A great, well placed coffee shop. A great set of characters behind the counter that engage wonderfully with customers. The coffee is great and cheaper than the other chains of Nero, Coffee#1 or Costa. Clean, pleasant surroundings built for efficiency.

Took half an hour to get a flat white. The best comparison I have is it's like waiting in A&E. Hell on Earth

Great customer service! Everytime I come here I leave happy. Zack who served me is fantastic always smiley happy and very welcoming. A hot chocolate was suggested to me and it did not disappoint!

Great coffee and cakes, plenty of staff serving and spacious store, will be back soon, would recommend
