Ally and Maggie were the best went to the steubenville ohio location and they made my drink and I'm telling you it was fantastic thank you ladies very happy

The line was insane and the order came out wrong and the coffee was awful tasting.

They have people making drinks that don’t even work at Starbucks. The workers boyfriend is hovering over everyone and wearing the workers apron. Waited in line for about 20 minutes for the drink to taste horribly (made by the person who doesn’t work at Starbucks) there was a line and the customers were also complaining about the same thing.

Employee making my drink was sweet. My drink was amazing. Manager or supervisor (Im assuming) came I over while she was working up another person’s drink, calling her about some rags? She didn’t really need to be yelled at in front of customers, let alone some wash clothes you can find at the dollar tree. Unprofessional and unnecessary. I hope the employee has a better day and knows it’s just temporary. Parking: Good bit of parking, sharing with Kroger.
