This location has a new staff or something. Nobody is making my drinks right. I ordered on 3 separate occasions and I had to go back to get my drinks made over because they tasted awful or like straight milk. I usually go before work, so it sucks when you don’t have the drink you expected I don’t want to always have to turn around and have a drink made over. This will be the last time I support this location. They need to retrain the new staff.
Workers are really slow and don’t care about Greg customers. They say my order is ready and in reality they haven’t even started to prepare the order. Would not recommend again
Their system wasn’t efficient. We ordered something simple that took under 2 minutes to make but for some reason we were in the shop well after several orders after ours had been placed. I promise you I hate leaving bad reviews specially over wait times but buying a coffee shouldn’t be a full day event. Also, we weren’t even acknowledged at the registered when we walked in. I think I counted like 3 employees that walked right by us before someone came over to finally take our order. Idk, it’s just never been an easy task whenever visiting a Starbucks. Are they understaffed? :/ corporate needs to step in and assist if that’s the case. I can certainly empathize with the employees but at the same time…..I just want my coffee lol (shrugs shoulders)
