Slowest Starbucks I've ever seen, and they messed up my order as well (3 different visits). I think they all need training to get up to speed. I really hope they get it together, because they're just around the corner from my home
The wait time for a drink is ridiculous.

For a new place open less than 6 months, the place is always trashed. Yes, the customers are to blame, but the baristas don't seem to care. Their counter is always covered with spills. If you are planning to have your coffee at the store and read or do schoolwork, look elsewhere. The dining area looks like a "Petrie dish".
I ordered my food via the mobile app. When o arrived it was not done. That was fine so I waited 7 minutes before asking the status. I was then told that the printer did not print it so it would be made at that moment. 2 minutes later a gentleman came over and said it was done but it was just sitting by the window. I asked for it to be redone since it was just sitting there for almost 15 minutes at that time. I was then given the same drink I sent back.
40 minutes n the drive thru. Worst experience ever. One day I order at 0530 in the morning. I was the only one in the drive thru. By the time I got my drink the barista had referred to me as 3 different names; Terry, Kerri, and Keisha. I have arrived at 530 in the morning a few times and they are not open but the website states it opens at 5. A little confused…
Need to hire more staff. Those that are there are overtasked. Equates to long waits to get coffee.
