Made frequent Starbucks stops during my 20 drive. This store had quick service and clean bathrooms. This was not true for all my stops.
Staffed with 5 people, not busy. Watched the the one barista on her phone, drinking her own coffee and chatting with her coworker for a good 10 mins before starting any hot coffee. Will not be back. Service is awful.
This location never fails to make drinks wrong. Espresso drinks are horrible and watery. Waste of money. And yes, if you ask for a remake, they get an attitude.
Don’t bother ordering through the app, the wait will be longer than if you order at the store.
The drip coffee was as expected, and the register experience was a positive. The actual baristas served up a bad attitude and lack of any kind of service. You made the drink incorrectly and were asked to fix it, not spout off. It was again made incorrectly, so they had a meltdown.
It had changed in over year of not going since it has been expensive
Update: when your drink is made incorrectly they decide to argue with you. Been ordering the same thing for 12 years and I’m a past employee, you won’t win that one with me. Every time I attempt this Starbucks my wait is always extremely long no matter how many people are there. Disappointing for sure. This last time I went I decided to turn on my timer just to entertain the idea of how long it would take. 29minutes!!!! No they did not lose my cup, everyone there was waiting as long as I was.
