Starbucks

Staff are amazing. I wish I caught the name of who took my order in the drive-thru, he was kind&outgoing and took the customer service to the next level by asking me about my weekend/ Easter plans. He kept a conversation while multitasking to ensure what i order was in stock. Kris was at the window & was also very kind and got my order out quick. I ordered a Lavender iced matcha latte & a turkey pesto sandwich and my partner got a black coffee and ham & Swiss. Both were great. 10/10 to St.Thomas Starbucks. Thanks for making my day a little brighter.

This location has some really great staff! I ordered through the drive-thru, when I got to the window they let me know they unfortunately didn’t have what I ordered available. I believe the barista’s name was Logan, they made sure to go above and beyond to make sure my alternative drink was just as good! They even asked me before I left to try the drink before I drove away so they could make sure I liked what I got. Great service!

Amazing customer service and my brown sugar oat americano was made perfect!

Excellent service, great coffee, however, the music was so loud at 10.30 a.m. you had to raise your voice to talk to a friend sitting having a coffee, hard to have a conversation with such loud music, but,,it was nice to see the staff enjoying the music, next time I would ask to turn down a few notches!

Updated review. I can tell that this location has really stepped it up lately. My drinks have been consistently well made-have been perfect actually- and service time has greatly improved!! After some complaints in the past I have had an excellent experience now every single time! ty all!!! Dietary restrictions: Everything customizable.

This is my regular Starbucks but I had to leave a review for our experience today with Christian! We went out for a family day and stopped at Starbucks and he noticed our littles in the back and gave us free whip cream cups for our kids! He also recommended an amazing drink. 10/10 service from him.

Kylie is genuinely the sweetest person ever. I go like everyday and everyone there is always super nice.
