My drink wasn’t filled to the top, the espresso tastes burnt and it took 15 mins. The guy before me asked for a refund and the guy behind me was bringing back his drink because it was made incorrectly. 0/10 experience. Spent 7 dollars just to be irritated.

July 19th, I went through the drive thru after work for my favorite drink and was let down when I found out it was a seasonal drink no longer in season. Rayne took my order & not only did she help me find a substitute for the seasonal drink, but explained to me how to order it from now on, as well as making sure my coffee was up to my standards with a great attitude and personality. She made my entire day with just her bubbly personality and kindness. We need more people like her in the service industry. Thank you for the white chocolate macadamia nut cold brew hack!!! She is an asset to this company, her ability to brighten someone’s mood within a 2 minute interaction in itself is wonderful! Sounds corny to say but please don’t let this world change you! You are so bright and it radiates!

We usually have good experiences here but not today. Ordered two Iced Vanilla toasted venti coffees with light ice and it is disappointing that they're not even full. Missing an inch of coffee even before the foam settles. Either they're skimping out or it's the holidays and the staff doesn't want to work.
