It’s just like any other Starbucks but it’s just unprofessional. I’ve heard plenty of conversations at the window and one particular employee is always laughing while you’re in waiting to place your order. It’s a little annoying and don’t ask for any special requests because they’ll get it wrong.
We went through the drive-thru in the drive-thru person messed up my husband order so he had to call his boss lady over there and she fixed it for us so thank you
I have been coming to the Starbucks for years and never really had any issue. This morning I come to try the new ice lavender, Matcha drink and the associate Victoria was very rude. I Scan my app, and she said that “my car declined “, Which was odd for when I gave her my actual card It went through no problem. I understand that we don’t always wake up on the positive side of the bed but if you genuinely do not want to work there, then please go somewhere else. There are so many other people who are dying to have a job who are so much more positive.

I have been coming to this location for years. This morning I was appalled at the conversation between the barista’s at the window. Not only was my order wrong for the iced lavendar cream matcha but when I pull to the window they are talking about some woman’s card declining the day before. She hands me my drink and looks at me crazy to pull off. I tell her I said venti and want to know why it’s ringing up so high a price for grande. They then shove the venti to me and say don’t worry about the extra upcharge I won’t be back here.
I love the way they make my caramel crunch latte.
