By far the worst Starbucks I ever stop by. They argue with you about WHAT YOU PAY for. You ask for something, then tell them it's not made right, they argue you down and then get sarcastic and OVERDO what you requested. It's terrible. I dread when I stop by there, the parking lot, the service, the making of the drinks... smh. I've stopped going there because of these things, so when I'm hoping it's better if I stop by, nope, still disappointing service and making of drinks.
Friendlycourteous..good products
I love this place. Everyone is very polite. Service is fast.
Every experience I had here has been awful, my drinks are always made wrong today I spent 20$ for two wrong drinks and a grande that wasn’t filled up all the way for 7$ they are out of most stuff and really need new management, only redeeming quality are the employees, the managers suck edit: again my $7 coffee is missing an inch and a half
I went here a week ago. I wasn't able to order with the app, so I ordered, paid and tipped at the counter and waited, and waited, and waited. The crowd was gone but the young man at the counter had not started my drink when I had to leave. I did not have time to ask for a refund. I went back a few months later and was given the drink I ordered for free. I'll be back.
Quite possibly the worst Starbucks in human history. I am impressed by the way they insure if you walk in, then it will be guaranteed slower than drive thru regardless of the line. If you like seeing the patrons behind you get their drinks before you do for no reason, then this Starbucks is for you! They experience national shortages that no other Starbucks is affected by. You want 4 employees working at peak times? Done! Want terrible customer service? Done! Pay them more money folks, it’s a bit ridiculous
Clean. A little slow on drink creation and delivery.
