Jodie is the most rude, unprofessional, argumentative, and unknowledgeable manager I’ve ever met at Starbucks. Highly recommend going elsewhere where they are nicer. Like Starbucks on 4th Street, wonderful experience there. HORRIBLE experience at this location thanks to Jodie. She needs to be re-trained on how the Starbucks points system works as well as customer service skills.
After watching an employee, pick a cup up off the floor and put it back in rotation to be used. I am pretty sure I will never be back.

Update: Brody provided excellent customer service. Thank you to this location for bringing in the Oleato lattes. Almost makes up for the fact that Marleana isn’t here! Update: why doesn’t Marleana work here anymore? Marleana was my favorite associate at this store. Very sad to lose quality people and quality customer service. I hope they moved her up within the company. Thank you for making a difference Marleana!!!

I occasionally pick up my wife's orders here and I've never had one on time (various days and times too, so it isn't a certain crew or day). Best has been 5 minutes late, worst was over 20 and the average is just under 10. Even more frustrating is seeing walk ups pay and get their orders before me. Literally go to any other Starbucks and get better service.
Beautiful store set up. Wish more SB would be set up like that.
