I came to visit during the afternoon and while they took my order right away, it took them about 20-30mins to make my drink. I understand that with two people behind the counter and a busy drive thru it might take awhile, but something needs to change and be done. However, the drink was a 10/10, and the atmosphere was clean and organized.
It takes forever for one drink and there was no customer waiting in the store on a Sunday afternoon . Made the drink wrong, didn’t even bother to fix. Usually Starbuck employees are really nice about fixing or remake your drink but this store is not the one.
My husband and I visit Starbucks several times a week for a nice afternoon coffee, we typically visit a different location. However we have visited this location off of starkey and Bryan dairy several times and we are treated so poorly every time. Specially by a women named “Mel”. Todays experience is what finally pushed me to leave a review, we weren’t greeted at all for about 5-8 minutes until Mel came to take our order, at this time there was a few ppl in line waiting and as I was telling her my order and she cuts me off and says “ SPEAK UP” very rudely. I shrugged it off and repeated my order. She then snatched her headset off And said “Your speaking to low, you need to speak up”. My husband standing several feet away (farther then she was from me) said he could hear me clearly Just fine. This would have been fine, if Mel had just been more polite, but instead was very aggressive towards me. We probably will not visit this location again because of the rudeness we experience every time we come To this specific location. Drinks are always delicious though!
