Years ago I used to avoid this Starbucks, because most of the baristas seemed untrained. But as of the last few months, the service and drinks are incredible. Shoutout to Jena specifically - she makes wonderful drinks, remembers your orders, and is always willing to make adjustments so that the drink is perfect for YOU - and ALWAYS with a smile :) Highly recommend!

It just took us half an hour to get our food and drinks. Not sure if it’s a Sedona busy thing. But it seemed long to me

Lady taking orders seemed overwhelmed or undertrained. It was a busy Sunday morning & the place was crowded. They were also out of some of the drinks my family wanted. Parking: Access to the parking is cutoff by the long drive through line when it reaches the street.
