Starbucks

Last time I visited, the service was good and the drinks tasted great, but this time it was the complete opposite. We ordered our drinks 30 minutes before closing, and the staff obviously didn't seem happy about our order(we didn’t customized the drink it was just iced vanilla latte), with an annoying face and tone. If you don't want to work, please quit seriously.

Had incredible service on a large order from Shae at this location (inside Save On) we had 8 drinks on our ordering and she filled them efficiently and with a smile and suggestions. Can’t say enough about her friendly demeanour. Give her a raise.

Came to get coffee and my snacks, this hijabi lady (arab/paki) took my order. The service was poor, and the coffee served was so stale and cold ( i could tell when she tilted the container just to fill my cup!! .. not only that when I asked for one cream she ended pouring from dairy packet just like that (1/4 cup) really!!? Cream a 1/4 cup!!??. So frustrating. (Date 8th June 1:18p)

6:32 PM May 12th, 2023. Girlfriend walks into Save on foods and wants to order Starbucks. employee working counter ducked behind to hide and refused to acknowledge her as a paying customer almost half an hour before they were supposed to be closed.

It's my first time ordering here. It is located in Save-on Cumberland, ordered a 2 matcha frap today and it doesn't taste like matcha, mostly ice. Waste of money.

I had a lovely experience at the drive thru when the most polite man named Siem took my order ! I know it's just coffee, but he made me feel like he really cared about my entire day, and I left feeling great about myself. I wasn't expecting to get a pleasant conversation with my matcha latte- it went way beyond my expectations for customer service! I hope he gets a raise soon.

This isn't a drive-through, it is located in a Save-On. There has been a sign for over 6 months that their machine that scans the Starbucks app does not work. Why has this not been fixed? It also appears as if the staff have not been trained properly. This is the only Starbucks in the entire planet that does not know what a doppio espresso is!

The drive thru at this location is always quick, and the partners are so sweet and kind. I’ve had several different individuals here absolutely make my day!
