I ordered online in the line because it was long. Lacy was quick to make my drink had it out in 5 minutes. Lacy was the only employee who was doing everything taking orders, making drinks, food items with a positive attitude. Lacy explained how she was the only worker and she was doing her best she could. Find a policy or crew who don’t call out to put stress on the other employees and long wait time. The other crew member was hardly to be seen. The store is dirty and needs someone to step aside and clean it. No water to drink, straw wrappers all over the counter, paper towels soaking up a coffee spill. Guests were waiting 5-10 minutes in line. Give Lacy help don’t let a good employee struggle by herself. She needed support this day. 1/29/2024 2:45 pm. After letting Lacy know I found the lobby dirty she spent time cleaning it up. Huge shout out to Lacy!

Small location at the outlets, great food and drinks but the line can get very long
