Starbucks

Starbucks coffee is very nice and they have a great App. All syrups are Vegan. There's room for improvement with the Vegan food range

When I went up to the counter I was met with an unprofessional and rude woman. I was unaware of what she meant so I asked her to clarify what she said and she looked at me as if I was foolish and idiotic as she looked at me without saying a word. She then blatantly asked my friend to go and clear our table when no one else had to.I also believe that she overcharged me as on the board is said £4.60 and she charged me £5.55 I think this is appalling customer survive and it needs to be sorted immediately!

Ordered 1 tea and 2 coffee's. Tea came straight away but had to wait nearly 10 mins for coffee. Staff to busy talking to each other instead of concentrating on the job in hand. Not sure if we will return .

Regularly use this Starbucks and the staff at Rotherham are always super lovely and helpful Vegetarian options: The Beyond Meat Breakfast Sandwich (available all day) is stunning and so is the vegan chocolate and caramel muffin!

Well that's my last coffee from here ! Firstly they don't accept armed forces discount at this store the owner says no ! We're not good enough anymore. Secondly whilst waiting for my coffee, the girl serving on the drive through had her hand down her pants scratching her bum, then wiped sweat of her face, then passed me my drink !! Put Straight in the bin.
