Starbucks

Starbucks always has TOP QUALITY drinks and at this location the hostesses are always so professional, friendly and beautiful! So sweet! There is plenty of parking at this location and a nice outside patio as well.if we want to relax and enjoy our drinks outside!

Nothing like googling the locations hours, to walk in and find a dark Starbucks and a barista that says, they were “closing early.” Super disappointing, what’s the point of posting hours? The sign might as well say open whenever we feel like it.

I would like to give Abby a shoutout. I ordered off of the app the other day and there was a mix up that they were actually closed. This morning she not only apologized but made me a replacement drink for the other day. She is always very sweet and happy to make my drink when I order. Will always come back to see her!! Thank you Abby

This is against this Starbucks location not Starbucks in general. The Starbucks in this Kroger is poorly run. I stood in line for a long time and when it was just me standing in line another person stood in another spot separate from the line and proceeded to cut in front of me when the server was finished helping the person they were helping and said and did absolutely nothing to mind me who they saw standing there while they were helping the last person. Forgiving that and giving them another chance since it was the server and not the location, today I buy my coffee and it’s nothing like how it usually is and was more like shaved ice with a milky taste. So I’m done coming to this location.

Can you really say anything negative about Starbucks? Well I’m sure there are always some negative things about any place but I’m here regularly in the 6 o clock hour and I’ve never had any issues of any kind! The staff are friendly and of course the coffee is amazing! My husband is NOT a coffee lover at all but they take the time to offer recommendations for him each time we come and always ask if he liked the previous drink they made for him! You know that is huge because you know how busy Starbucks can be!

My husband and I go here at least once a week and their staff is always kind, efficient, and helpful. There is never a super long wait like some of the other locations.

Best Starbucks around. My drinks are always good. Don’t worry about negative comments. You can’t please everyone.

Espresso machine broken

Always what you expect. Always fresh coffee!

According to the starbucks employee that took my order Starbucks does not stir any of their drinks including hot coffees, lattes, cappuccinos, and all iced drinks. I requested that she stirred my drink anyway so I could actually taste the flavor of the drink and she takes the cup and moves it around, didn’t try to use or offer me a straw or stirrer. They don’t have spoons that fit the cups…. When I asked the Starbucks in the Kroger at 9 mile & harper, I was told that they do stir their drinks except for ones such as the macchiato which is an unstirred drink. Don’t go to the Starbucks at 13 mile & little mack unless you like unstirred coffee or they invest in spoons they can use to stir their drinks.

I have observed many negative reviews. This location is my primary spot bc of the great customer service I always receive from everyone I have encountered. Shout out to Miriam for ALWAYS being so pleasant, personable, attentive and thorough with my orders. I don't see why there are so many complaints for them.

The woman who works in the mornings is supposed to be open at 6 a.m. got there at 6:15 she's talking to her friends tells me very rudely that she is not open. Then she proceeded to curse me
