Starbucks

The food is always soggy and has been for awhile. Not sure what the issue is. This store really needs to get it together. I used to go here all the time being that I live right around the corner. Now I drive up to the Fraser location by the mall just to avoid the soggy food and your severely slow staff. Here it is 3pm on a weds and I’ve pulled off because there was 2 people in front of me. One now and I’ve been here for nearly 15 minutes. For a coffee. I’m out

I ordered a coffee and a cinnamon coffee cake through Uber Eats. When I received my order, there was no coffee cake. I’m upset that I wasn’t given the option to choose something else and was just informed they were out of the coffee cake. I’m not sure what the process is with delivery orders, but I’ve had this happen with other companies and they usually tell the driver to reach out to the customer to see if they would like something else. I’m highly disappointed and will most likely not order Starbucks for delivery anymore.

Ordered Carmel Macchiato iced with 2 extra expresso, and a vanilla chia latte, latte came out, No name…10 minutes later, I had to go up and ask where is my Macchiato?? Barista starts to make it, and drive thru girl comes up…”OH, here it is….” No ice left in it, stopped barista from remaking it and handed me a $5.00 gift card….meanwhile, my Mediterranean food that I ordered ext door, they thought I left and forgot about my food because I was in Starbucks for 32 minutes!!!!! No line either…smh, will never return to this Starbucks…it is a shame…also, the red head cashier, you should never allow her to interact with customers…

Man i done been to this one a ton and it always sucks my drink is never made correctly and also when i door dash this it never comes out right either highly don’t recommend this store especially if someone gave you a tik tok drink

the worst starbucks in MICHIGAN …. these employees even the manager ELIYSE - absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL & nasty. I strongly believe they did something to my drink that is 1 minute from picking up. I never asked for whip cream at the bottom of my drink. & AGAIN MANAGER ELYISE it’s because of customers like Me that come & spend $10 on 1 drink or $60-$70 at times for all my nieces and nephews that you have a JOB… To have drinks made like this for $10.18 is ridiculous… & have the nerve to give someone attitude all because I didn’t need strawberry puree & dried strawberries explained to me like I don’t spend money at starbucks on a daily. REPORTED TO CORPORATE

Worst service! I'm not a regular by any means and honestly I barely know what/how to order but the gentleman that took my order was not friendly. Rushed the transaction. I asked a question and he just jumped in an scanned my phone instead of explaining to me that to do. And I though I was ordering an iced coffee but was never given the choice between hot or l cold so now stuck with a nasty hot coffee that I did want. Plus no one makes you aware or which order is ready they just set it on the counter and move on. Maybe I'm not use to how Starbucks works but I definitely won't be back. Awful.

Everyone who works here is so nice! This Starbucks gets superr busy at times, and staff is always super kind, always working hard, and accommodating. They go above and beyond. I work in the same plaza so am in multiple times a week and I would recommend this location to everyone. Thank you <3:)

Love the speciality drinks and some of the food. The ham and cheese, cheese danish, lemon loaf and more....

Very disappointed today. I drove up to the drive thru at 535 am wanting to get my coffee before work. I waited for a few minutes and no one took my order. I went around the front and seen an employee there. Just wondering why if your open at 530 am no one would take my order. This is my go to before work. Made my Monday horrible no caffeine this morning while I was stuck at work

It’s ok, just a little sloppy. Take extra napkins!

Love everything about starbucks

First time in a Starbucks for a coffee, muffin and brownie with my husband. Delicious. Good music. Clean environment. And such friendly staff.
