Best coffee

went in about two days ago and one of the cashiers had attitude with a customer.. she got the customers order wrong and refused to give her one of her drinks telling other baristas not to give it to her. everyone could hear her talking bad.. so unprofessional.. was hard to watch

I used to be an everyday customer at this Starbucks. However, yesterday I ordered my daily coffee as I was waiting for about 10 minutes and I asked what’s the wait time on my drink since I seen they are making mobile orders that were made after me. The Barista ignored me and went to the back. Then the other lady handed me a completely different drink than what I had ordered, started arguing with me and eventually gave me a refund. Extremely unprofessional!! No work ethic and no manners! and then I’m sure she lied saying she is the supervisor there which I highly doubt. Will never go back here again!
