Paid $6.25 for pistachio latte, please don't call me nuts. I got a $25 gift card fm my dear friend coffee for my birthday. He paid. Wouldn't get it again. That was a medium. ¡H/S!

New store manager is running this place into the ground . Quality of everything has gone down hill since she started , go to the one across from Starbucks on route 9 if you want good service , not to be over charged and your drink made correctly

One of the rudest staff I’ve ever seen in a Starbucks. Walked in to 6 people working and not one person tried to take my order or said anything to me for 10 mins. I had to speak up and when I did one of the girls had an attitude. Never again.

Staff are rude if you don’t like your job you should consider another job. They always mess up my drinks and when I ask for it to get remade they give an attitude. Disgusting

I used to come to this store often…. But lately, the staff has been extremely rude. One time, Even though I politely asked if my drink was ready for mobile order as it had been 15 mins, a red headed girl gave me the dirtiest look. She asked another associate who said no… and she never came back to rely this message. The next time, the guy at the drive thru was snotty and rude. I realized I had ordered my coffee hot not cold, and when I let him know he got REALLY annoyed. They remade it, but he was angry they had to. Never coming here again. I get it’s busy and I also work customer service, but wow. Awful service with miserable employees. Not sure who’s running it but maybe fix your employee moral.
