Didn't end up ordering anything after I stood at the counter (not in line) for several minutes while staff members ran around each other making drinks and stalking... Mean while I was NEVER greeted. When I worked at a Freddy's Starbucks years ago I was expected to greet people at the door!

It's ok. It just depends on who is working. Not everyone washes their hands or makes the coffee right.
