I try to get a coffee here it says the store is open to 7pm and they close at 5pm WTH

I ordered using the app. I waited 30 minutes to receive my cinnamon dulce latte. There was no apology or excuse given. Several others also had to wait just as long. One person observed people ordering at the register, then receiving their orders before us.

It’s super strange that the restrooms are “closed” at 6PM when the store is at least an hour more open with multiple customers inside.
