Starbucks

Worker had an attitude soon as we stepped up to the counter I guess because they had to stop their conversation to wait on us. My daughter placed her order and she’s a little shy so the worker must of not heard my daughter say no when asked if there was anything else. So she asked again with an attitude and my daughter again replied no. When it was time to pay my daughter pulled out her app for points and the worker said disrespectful we don't take your points so my daughter went to hand her the money and the worker just stood there then said to the other working I’m not taking her money so that’s when I stepped in and told them she’s just a child and there is no reason to get a attitude because she didn’t hear my child maybe if she was making eye contact she would clearly see that she gave her a response. This is the worst Starbucks ever I already knew it was gonna be a problem before we even step foot in there from other experiences I had with this same store.

I don't know who and why hired these guys. At this branch, I've been there many times, and their attitude just terrible worst Starbucks and the worst service in Philly.

Never make everything on their menu. Last time I went they didn’t have Frappuccinos or ice… like what. Been like this for months now.

I get if you closing, but there’s no need for all the attitude in the world just because we are trying to tell you how the drink is made. There’s no need to debate with me how my drink is made and that you “don’t double blend ice coffee” as if I haven’t ordered it at multiple Starbucks around Philly all the way down to NY and Texas. If you don’t like your job then quit, there’s no reason to throw attitude to me and my father when we didn’t do anything to you. Get out of customer service if you’re gonna act like that. Definitely not coming back here, I appreciate the manager for being polite though unlike the worker.

Full of racism and unprofessional staffs, I'll never go to Starbucks again

The food in the refrigerated section has been expired for a week. Last week I tried to purchase it and it was expired. Thinking they would’ve checked it or changed it by now, I went to buy a food box and it’s the same food as last week with the same expirations date of 10/17. It is 10/25 today. I told the cashier and he just said “oh thank you”. Also, every time I ask for a Frappuccino all the cashier says is, “No fraps” instead of why. Feeling like this is flat out laziness in this store and just a matter of time before someone gets sick because of the food and sues!

Awful, extremely awful service. The barista had an attitude and asked a girl “did you order a pumpkin chai latte?” the customer clearly said,” no.” Barista replied with “it ain’t yours then” What is wrong with you? Super rude and ghetto. The cashier also claimed they were out of everything when I can clearly see there were things being made. Don’t come here if you enjoy your baristas being nasty to you.
