Service is fabulous, & friendly! But the coffee needs HELP in taste dept .. and why oh why don't they just have the cream & sugar where customers can use it as they want to!?? And they used to have the vanilla powder cinnamon & cocoa. Raised prices w no more of the good stuff

Enrique and Donelle and the rest of the staff are always amazing always greeted when I walk in food/ coffee and tea always made to my liking never had a bad experience here at this location and never a long wait time very professional and friendly service with a smile that keeps me coming back!!!
Manager needs to get a handle on this store. Very bad look for a brand. Zero consistency with any offerings, POS system is down constantly, sometimes they’re mobile only other times they don’t accept mobile orders. The manager just told me it would be 20 minutes for a black cold brew… like what? I don’t write reviews, but hopefully someone sees this and helps them figure it out.
Almost every time I've placed a mobile order here, I do it early on purpose because I know it can get busy here and I don't want to risk being late to work, so I place my order around 7:30, since I leave the house for work at 7:50 normally. This morning I got there at 7:55 and shortly after I arrive, they announced that they were about 10-15 minutes behind on mobile orders. I ended up not getting my order until 8:10. So considering that I ordered at approximately 7:35, it took a total of 35 minutes for my order to be made. Honestly, I'm not ordering from here anymore. It happens too often that it takes this long to make my order and although I order early to not be late for work, I'm still always 10-15 minutes late because they don't get to it until last minute. Really nice employees, but their system is just not working.
