Honestly… the drinks are good. But the wait is SO LONG. I have never been to a slower Starbucks in my life and this location has always been extremely slow. Especially in the drive thru. That, paired with the horrible drive thru/parking lot design, the slow service causes extraordinary backup leading outside and around the parking lot area. The drive thru design also leads to people cutting in line because there is not a clear entrance. I also tend to do mobile orders, which is supposed to be faster, but by the time I get my drink it’s been sitting for 5-10 or more minutes. If you plan on doing a mobile order in the drive thru, place it before you get to the speaker and no earlier.
Kim needs a little instruction in customer service etiquette. When asked if she had a non sugar sweetener for an expresso she responded with." I have a lot of coffees I have to make before yours!" The attitude does not come across adequately in this text. I understand she was busy, but she didn't have to be rude. It was a yes or no question.
So disappointed, I ordered a medicine ball but since the did not have it i ordered a hot chocolate, I was given a mocha. I don't drink coffee. Wasted that money!
I was there maybe around 8 tonight. Whoever the lady at the drive thru was -was amazing<3
We wanted to experience all things Starbucks. Walked in to order. I do not drink coffee so I am unfamiliar with the sizing. My kids (7 & 9) had a gift card to use. They got something simple. They had to wait over 20 min to get their small drinks. Online and drive-thru took precedence over us. So upsetting. Probably won't be back.
