They never acknowledge you

Very unfriendly staff. The gentleman working behind the counter on 2.19.24 at 3pm, specifically. I couldn't get to the counter to pick up my drink right away, as I was working on my laptop. When I approached the counter, I reached for the cup, and asked, "mocha?" He responds, "is that what is says on the sticker?" wow. ok. I'll go back and get my reading glasses so I can see the sticker. Very sterile environment. One long booth/bench that was as hard as a rock. The few more comfortable chairs in the middle of the room (MIDDLE OF THE ROOM) had no outlets. There were no nooks or quiet spaces to work or study. No condiments were out, you had to ask for any additional things, like stirrers (we're out), sweetener, or straws. Very poor experience and will not be coming back. There's so many more coffee shops in town.

This location at Starbucks is always kind, friendly, and caring. Their drinks are obviously amazing, as always. I highly recommend making this place a stop if you are ever in the local area.

they made my drink incorrectly so i went in and kindly asked them to remake it for me. they put lemonade in it, and i am allergic to lemons. after remaking my beverage, she slid it across the counter and said “take it”. she was very rude.
