Starbucks

Slowest Starbucks I have ever had the misfortune of going to. 8 staff behind the counter all chatting or stocking up cups yet there’s a queue of no less than 10 customers all waiting for coffee orders and one employee was doing all of those on 1 coffee machine with no help from the other staff or the manager on duty. We waited over 15 minutes for 2 coffees.

Very slow at serving, no staff smiled or were welcoming, cake was dry and had no flavour. Poor customer service. First and last time visiting

This is the best Starbucks there is. The staff are amazing, every time I go in they’ve always got a smile and they’re a pleasure to be served by. Today was serviced by Alison, Phoebe and Shak I think it was ( sorry for spelling) The girls are amazing I love coming in unlike some other shops

They don’t do a variety of sandwiches here why I don’t know, but the food great and the coffee is good.

Second time I’ve been to this branch. The staff can’t do enough for you. So friendly. What a change.

The staff are most welcoming and friendly. Top tier customer service. Parking: 20 spaces

Very polite service and quick. Very clean

Kid-friendliness: I was shouted out by one of the staff on Sunday 03/03/24 by one of the staff because I got to open the other door with no sign on it (push) by mistake, she was shouting rudely at me that you can not open that door. Her colleagues were surprised.not going any more .
