Like most people, I received many Starbucks gift cards for Christmas. This morning, pouring rain, I went through the drive through on my way to work. I do this almost every day. I politely asked the gal at the window where the PIN number was on the gift card so I could load it onto my app to pay for my order. She responded they don’t teach us that. She then proceeded to speak with someone else working stating there was someone behind me in line and this was troubling. So beyond rude. I’m trying to use a gift card. I will start going to the other location as the service here this morning left me feeling awful. Do better, Starbucks. You certainly charge 5 star prices, give 5 star service.
