Would rate a zero if I could. We visited Saturday sometime between 11:30-12:15. I ordered a pistachio iced latte and was told they don’t have the stuff to make it (take down the big sign then) my husband ordered a dark roast to be told they don’t have any made and she gave him a. Choice of 2 other kinds. He places his order Ann told him he “was lucky to even get that” that they stop making those 2 types at 11. He told her he didn’t consider it “lucky” to not get the 2 things we ordered. Not impressed with the service or what they had to offer. I think the “lucky” person is the girl who somehow still has a job there.
I just wanted to thank the barista by the name of, Em. I was just in the restaurant. I was having trouble with my new lid and recycle cup and “Em” took great care of me. I had to pour my latte into a new cup and iid and Em kindly put a fresh topping of cinnamon and caramel on top for me. The restaurant was really busy but she still took the time to look after me. I hope Starbucks appreciates this personal kind of service. I will come back to this place because of Em. I was super impressed by your barista, Em. In this world we don’t often take the time to be grateful and it is more important than ever. Thank you Em. I hope your manager’s read this. Martha
