Store apparently closes at 8, went at 7 today and straight up told me they were closed with no reasoning. Not sure what happened to this place today or whether the workers just wanted to leave early.

I have never been treated so badly by any Starbucks in the past.
So, I was excited to use a 1/2 off coupon and knew it would be busy. I placed the order and after 20 minutes of waiting, decided to cancel it because of the long wait. I wasn’t upset btw.
I go to the cashier and tell her (tall female with blonde braids) that I wanted to cancel my order. She tells me that she is busy and can’t help me.
What pissed me off was that she then proceeds to take the next order while I’m in front of her. So rude. She didn’t care to answer any further questions and just takes the next order.
When I questioned it again, I was told that their store is busy and I can call customer service to get my money back. She tells me that she is UNABLE to assist.
I proceed to ask for the store managers information and this was not provided to me and I was told to call customer service. Disgusting customer service. This is my second time having issues with this same girl. She is nasty and rude. Unacceptable behavior.
You shouldn’t be treating your customers like this.
I am disabled and partially blind . I bought a coffee and a sandwich around 10.20am on 24/7/2024 my bill was around $12 and I used the card to pay the bill . Without my knowledge or Concern the staff had charged $3 as tip . And she hesitated give me a copy of the bill after I insisted few times she gave it with a frowned face . Very disappointed. If she had asked for a tip I would have given but taking advantage of a disabled human is very ugly . I really hope necessary action is taken .
Its an employee that works there, usually has long weaves, nails and lashes; dont know his name but is very rude and condescending, the overall atmosphere of this starbucks is very ghetto, rude and ignorant staff, very disrespectful to hospital staff, and drinks are horrible. They need to get rid of this starbucks out of our hospital. Management needs to clean this place up, fire all those workers or close down.. either way, i refuse to buy drinks at all at this location.

Employees are rude, barely make my drinks right, I have to come back most days for them to remake my drinks.
They said they don't participate in promotions if they get busy, but apply it to others when rush hours calm down.

Only reason this is still open is because of convenience in location. Staff are not attentive to orders. Takes a looong time to make order. Id rather walk to Dunkin outside the hospital than wait here. Orders are almost always wrong
Staff is good but they are constantly out of regular menu items and it’s like that for weeks. They always tell me when don’t have an item.
The regular staff I interact with are pleasent and great, very polite and understanding most of the time! But prices, mistakes made in the orders that necessitate it being remade and a few negative interactions and company policies, I do not recommend ordering here.

From time to time i am at this location for work. Mid shift between 2-8pm give Starbucks a bad name , out of 10 orders i have received 8 of them inconsistent and incorrect. They are always out of something. I have constantly received incorrect orders and dude to time, going to another location or having them remake the coffee or order is not an option and for the money spent, things should be done correctly. I have seen staff rude with other customers (not me) which is strange because most people who come there are employees, you would think that the owner of this location would push the motive to their employees about the workplace relationship here.
