Seemed like the crew was new and disorganized, cheery though, and corrected mistakes with good attitude.

Very poor service, won't be tipping at this location.

I often go to this Starbucks, walk-in and drive-through. I always order the same drink: grande matcha tea latte, unsweetened with oat milk. In the past 6 months I have been repeatedly getting half full drinks served to me. Even with the foam on top, it is obvious that the drink is under filled. When the foam is removed it is close to being only half full. This drink costs me CDN $6.65!! I have asked for the drink to be filled to the appropriate level with a bit of foam and still get this. It’s way too expensive to keep going here if I’m paying twice as much for basically a tall order instead of a grande. The staff here are always amazing and friendly and the drink quality is good every time. It’s just the repeated half-fill that warrants the three stars.
