In this location Coffee was not fresh,the scone was small and tasted horrible, they offer only white flour bagels,service not that good

The drive through is narrow and tight.

Update: I don't usually think there is a need to modify the drinks, but this is FAR TOO MUCH ice... it's a $7 drink; it's not too much to ask for $3.50 worth of liquid before using frozen filler... Orig: No complaints. Drive thru service is a little slow, but always friendly and upbeat.

I previously wrote a rather critical review, as I had received numerous orders that were flavourless, weak, or made with the wrong milk (I can’t have dairy). However, on my last visit here the manager asked me about my review, apologized, and ensured me they were working on improving. It is lovely to see that they care about what customers have to say and take reviews seriously. Since this visit, the coffee has been much better and I am hopeful it will stay this way.

I feel amazing energetic vibes whenever I go in whether it’s to sit down or pickup and leave by the staff . Anthony had an amazing service on serving me on taking my order . Then there’s Haley and Akim wow also amazing customer service. I love the way Haley wished me a great day and to stay safe on a snowy day last week . They’re all so amazing where they always show a friendly humble face . I totally recommend everyone to go there to drink , eat and enjoy a cozy happy atmosphere.

Very busy with mobile orders which means you'll often wait for your drink. Otherwise ok. Doesn't look all that more impressive after the reno.
