Starbucks

We were there for a volleyball tournament and stayed at the Hilton. Starbucks is inside the Hilton and seemed like a good place that opens early (6am) for breakfast, but the store opened 30 minutes late, with >30 people waiting. Too bad such an iconic brand is being mis-managed.

BEST American Express Fairfield inn & OUT BUT the clientele will be noted TOO aggressively wanting all TOO BE ALL one'e WITH FULLY KNOWING anything un-ordininary caused DISTRACTIONS of possible neighbors turmoil.

No food in the lounge we paid extra for my room was dirty garbage everywhere and when I checked in, they ran out of water. I

The coffee I received was undrinkable. Ordered two cappuccinos over their app. Picked them up and left. Should have tried them first. They tasted like the milk has spoiled or something chemical was added to it. Won’t go back.

Horrible experience. If you come around 5:30am you’ll be fine because you’ll be 1 of 2 customers there. If you come at 8am, well, just don’t! Stay home and make coffee or go somewhere else if you’re here for work. I waited 15 minutes while 5 people got their drinks ahead of me that ordered AFTER me. I only ordered a simple cold brew with almond milk. I had to go up and ask for it! Then I got so much almond milk I couldn’t even taste the coffee, had them remake it, then they added all ice instead of light ice like I asked and I had to spend another 2 minutes flinging chunks of it out of my drink so it wouldn’t get watered down. All in all, a 30 minute excursion! Since all the responder to these reviews does it ask for more info, look for a cold brew order marked at 7:38am on august 11, 2023. The baristas here have no idea what order drinks orders are coming in and are just making them sporadically!
