Starbucks

I placed an order inside and got 1 grande light iced shaken espresso with fabulous adds and 1 tall iced decaf Carmel crème brûlée and it was amazing! I felt I was a little extra in ordering my drinks but the ladies were very patient, kind and executed my order with smiles! I’m usually an easy order kind of gal but I wanted to try something new and it worked out great. It didn’t work out for me to use my Starbucks points or opt In for the Starbucks weekend deal as this location doesn’t participate in it but it was worth it this time around. The shaken espresso flavors were a perfect balance between semi sweet and the coffee kick taste that I needed :)

After a having a difficult experience with a 3rd party app we showed up to this location and the manager Kaila greeted us with the warmest and cheeriest smile. That immediately turned our day right back around. Then when my card was declined due to me traveling and my bank flagging it she was beyond helpful. She did everything with a smile on her face and a positive attitude which you don't find in customer service much anymore. Highly recommend Kayla and her team. The food and drinks were delicious and the store was very clean! Give this girl a raise!

Great coffee but ridiculous that they are asking for a 20-25% tip when you pay for your order. In what world does that make sense? It’s already overpriced coffee anyways and now you want another 25%. The lady taking my order was about as pleasant as a mule and said maybe three words. I just find it ridiculous to default a tip to 20% and force every customer to choose no tip especially if they are in a hurry. Bad business if you ask me.

This is a terrible location their prices are. Everything is a 1.15 more than every other Starbucks in Milwaukee County. If there under the starbucks name how are they highest priced starbucks I know because when I get coffee from Starbucks for the last fourteen years. Just got coffee this morning at 6 AM. And I didn't go over $3 but yet. Here, they do charge you almost $4. I'd rather go back to corporate store Before you charge me an extra dollar For the same cup of coffee under the Starbucks name.

The ladies and gentlemen of this establishment are wonderful. They are always in good spirts, my drink is always made timely and just as I request. My commute to this Starbucks is usually the highlight of my morning.

Drinks and food was fine. But two of the ladies who work there need to adjust their attitude and faces. Very unpleasant to order from them.

Excellent place and delicious coffee

Some of the best Starbucks employees EVER! Kaila, Flora, Madison, Jessica, Zhane, make you feel like family. I look forward to the smiles and the nice messages on my cups. Great place to visit for coffee.
