Starbucks

Went in today, March 24. Staff was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. My Wife asked for an iced black tea. They made her a dragon fruit iced tea. When she explained that wasn’t what she ordered and couldn’t drink it due to dietary constraints, she asked to have it remade, the girl initially refused. Only after an unnecessary back and forth did it get remade.

Best costumer service ever. Above and beyond.

I ordered grande cappuccino , they gave me almost empty cup and said this is how it should be , I was in a hurry and didnt want to argue but this is crazy, not recommending this place!!! you can't charge $6 for empty cup folks!!!!

Always such a pleasant experience at this location! Today we had the pleasure of meeting Connor, and enjoying his warmth, positivity and a recommendation for the yummiest drink ever! Connor gives outstanding customer service, and is an amazing ambassador for the Starbucks brand!

The best Starbucks in Milton. Always clean, fast service and all the staff are amazing. Have never had a problem, can't say the same for any other Starbucks in Milton.
