Starbucks

I've ordered the same drink twice from this location and both times the drink was made wrong. I ordered a strawberry matcha latte this morning and it is the lightest green color I have ever seen in matcha. I also asked for an extra scoop of matcha. I've ordered this drink numerous times and every time I've ordered it from this location it has always been made wrong. Also there were minimal strawberries. This drink just tasted like oat milk.

Extremely slow service in the drive thru at a consistent basis. I’m not sure why but it’s quite ridiculous.

They need to hire more workers. Servers were too tied with drive thru order and nobody could serve the people lined up inside. The girl with black and white bandana? wasn’t very friendly. I was happy when I entered the store, and left the store being in a bad mood. The washroom was filthy with no toilet papers. All 3 workers were in a rush, slamming the coffee cups on the counter, splashing bits of coffee drops everywhere. Honestly they had Timmys vibe not starbucks vibe. Wasnt very impressed at all.

Flies and bugs in the food displays, no toilet paper generally not up to the normal sb standard.

Best coffee hands down!

Probably the worlds slowest drive thru I have ever experienced. I always forget and make the mistake but unfortunately its the local starbucks. NEVER EVER go if u see more than 3 cars in the drive thru you will be there for your whole lunch break I promise you. Multiple times the staff isnt even listening to you when your talking, which resulted in them using my stars for my whole order instead of only the item I asked. This probably happened because the girl was too busy laughing and socializing with her co-worker as I was taking to her. Worst starbucks.
