The team need training ...

Nick was amazing. Made sure my breakfast sandwich was hot and drink tasted awesome. The wait wasn’t long at all, and Nick made sure i was taken care of. Wish i could be tipped but the app doesn’t allow other than that i received phenomenal service because of Nick.

I love this Starbucks! The barista/(manager?) is the best, gave my toddler a free cake pop one time and last week I had accidentally ordered my coffee online at another store and they still made it for me, free of charge. What excellent service!

The manager here is terrible talks to worker terribly and has an attitude with customers. I frequent here a lot and have witnessed it multiple time. Due to the Starbucks slander that’s happening now you would think he/she would have a better attitude. Instead of having a attitude focus on making matcha the CORRECT WAY

Cyria was a great person to talk to. I expect the best from Starbucks and she delivered. The feel of the store is very positive, bright and friendly.
