El café ya no es igual al de antaño
The lady I spoke to was being rude when I was getting my coffee. On top of that, the coffee tasted bad. It was very bitter and wasn’t made the way I had ordered.
Terrible service the worker was very rude, on top of that I told them to please change my drink and refused to do it, never going there again.
Gave me my coffee drink with expired milk, do not RECOMMEND coming here if you want to experience this.
I went through the drive through and they gave me a drink with expired milk. When I got down to have them remake they seemed nice enough and agreed to remake it. I stood at the bar for over 5 minutes waiting for my drink to be remade. Finally a baristas asked me if I was waiting for anything. They never started remaking my drink! I was partnered with a manager (I think) and he apologized but at this point I had work and couldn’t wait for my drink. He refunded my order and even gave me two “On us” cards for their mishap and I left content because they owned up to their mistakes. However when I went the following morning the barista at the window told me the cards WHERE NOT ACTIVATED. She really couldn’t care less and didn’t offer in anyway to make it right. I left very unsatisfied and upset. SAVE YOUR MONEY GO TO DUTCH BROS!!!!
Usually give coffee half way served and the music is so loud you can’t hold a conversation and studying is impossible even with noise cancelling headphones.
Drive thru ordering was quick. Just took a bit to dispatch order at the window.
