Wonderful staff great coffee food only down side is no plain toast

Been to have a coffee today ans it's the first time I have been left unsatisfied the all 3 cold coffee tasted like water and when I got home I realised that the other was completely wrong expect the hot chocolate that I ordered

First time in Starbucks in Mansfield, will be the last ,dishwasher not working so had to have disposal but i had ordered a toasted fruit bread it was the girls first day and didnt know how to serve it she asked the other 4 staff they said to toast it she the gave it me in a labelled bag. it should come come on a plate with butter a jam pot and a knife but nothing i asked one of the other staff fir a plate she said she couldn't give me a plate cos of the dishwasher broken i replyed im sure you can wash a plate ,she replied not allowed i then had to ask for thr butter knife etc she gave me one butter portion i said thats not enough butter she slammed another 4 on the desktop i said wgat gave i got to put it on the table to spread it, she just looked at me, no apology young staff what haven't been trained properly or just thick !!!!

Kawa dobra, ale wiecznie podawana w plastiku chodź mają normalne kubki, godzina zamknięcia na stronie jest o 18.00 a zamykają o 17.00 przy czym sprzątają już od 16.00 ,to nie jest przyjemne jak jesz lub pijesz a ktoś obok ciebie biega z miotła i kurz masz w kawie ,masakra

Been here a couple of times in the past with for a social gathering. Me and a few friends of mine tried to visit here at 5pm the other day after looking online to see when it closes. Said 6:00PM we got there around 5:15PM only to find it was closed with the staff only gesturing to us they closed at 5.

Staff always very friendly I go there often and feel part of the team

My experience was negative. The coffee was barley warm!
