I had a Shaken Oat Espresso and it was wonderful

I have been getting same drink for over 6 yrs now and know exactly how it tastes and how it’s made. Every time I step into Starbucks the people working are well behaved and talk good to customers. The experience I went through today was the worst. First the lady who took order didn’t even care to talk politely and she made my drink which didn’t even taste good, asked her to make it again and she did the same! Left the drink on the counter and asked her to keep it ! What a waste of money and time ! Will never go to this store again or recommend it to anyone!

Worst Starbucks experience ever. The employee Clada was the rudest Starbucks employee I've ever experienced. Witnessed her treating other customers poorly also. I will also be contacting corporate. As a Starbucks shareholder, how I was treated and how she treated other customers is unacceptable.
