Excellent product and personal
We go here through the drive thru several times a week. They know us and exactly how we like our iced lattes. They are awesome. We scan our stars on our phone app. We don't get food.
This is the best location in Loveland. All of the staff are super sweet.
Within the last few months I’ve noticed a trend at coffee shops to short the drink. This one felt lite when it was handed to me. Having been a Barista and a consumer, I know when the weight is off. This passed through two servers hands and was not flagged. I decided to pull around and politely ask to have it topped off. Company policy would not allow it to be topped off and another drink was made. The staff was pleasant, and I appreciated the courtesy.
They have food I can eat as a Celiac. Staff are great! Try a latte with cinnamon or nutmeg steamed into the milk. Bathroom cleaner is a bit heavily used and the whole store can smell like a clean bathroom with some soap not rinsed away. Not the worst thing but a bit much.
This is the biggest Starbucks in Loveland, with plenty of indoor seating and a few outside tables. The drinks are consistently good and the service is generally friendly inside and at the drive thru. They could still improve in one area: putting equal priority on walk-in, online and drive-thru customers. In my experience, inside service usually (always?!?) takes a backseat (pun intended) to the window. On a recent visit, an inside visit to get a bag of beans took 13 minutes to get an Americano -- while four or five drove-through orders were in process. In my travels, I've been to just one SBUX that has it figured out: it's near the airport in Santa Rosa, CA. They seem to have dedicated teams for each. Maybe the crew in Loveland can try it...
