Coffee always tastes burnt and is insanely overpriced

It is a great place within a great location. I have been there many times. Last time I was there was not the best time! My order was missed up every time it was made, it was a very simple one as well. On the first trial of getting my simple "white chocolate mocha" I got a dark hot chocolate, on the second time, I got milk with sugar! I didn't say anything after that as the person behind the counter was nice and probably was new! I tried to enjoy my stay with friends instead! Other than this time, everything is really good in that location, but hope they extend their operation hours as we are approaching summer time!

Would love to meet the corporate team that believes the new coffee system is better. Getting a cup of just basic coffee has become much slower since the plandemic, as Starbucks doesn't trust me to add my own condiments anymore, but now they install these new coffee making system, where each cup is now made individually, making a simple visit to get coffee up to 10 minutes now.
