Starbucks

Frequent flyer to Starbucks and got the usual service at this location as I have elsewhere. Our order was correct and drinks were great!

Got a smoked ham sandwich and a Vente caramel macchiato with 3 pumps of vanilla instead of the 4 it usually comes with. This way it is not too sweet. Also got 3 petite vanilla scones. Everything was delicious.

We stopped by your location today and were not greeted or even acknowledged. We were the only customers in store, one vehicle in the drive thru and no mobile orders on the line. Finally got to place our order and still nobody even said hello. All we got was a “what do you want?” Aside from the staff being very rude the bathrooms were filthy and the restaurant itself needed cleaned. Staff seemed more concerned about flirting with each other than helping customers.

Good service but Sunday afternoons are busy.

Awesome service

Service is only good if Mary or Kat is working. Any other time my drinks have to remade because they are ALWAYS watered down. Also the staff on Sunday morning is horrible and should be retrained! The Barista with the nose ring and black glasses was very rude when we asked for our drinks to be remade. Like excuse me? I'm paying 20 dollars for coffee I expect it to be made right!
