The line only had four cars and I waited 20 minutes in it to get my sf vanilla iced latte. It was awful. Should have known it was going to be bad by looking at it. It was very pale. Looked like it was all milk and no coffee. Tasted like watered down milk with ice with a drop of coffee. Couldn’t taste the vanilla either.

too much ice too much... even when we ordered the drinks WITHOUT ice ♀️ the drinks were tasteless, almost all cold drinks have to be ordered with extra "shots".
