Kind staffs and good music sound. I will visit here again.

the service was fine but the music was so unbelievably loud, i got a headache a few minutes after arriving. not a good place to sit down for work or chat with friends. they really need to turn the music down.

They are bad. I ordered my drink with no ice and it came with ice, and only gave one straw for three drinks. Ordered through Uber and was told nothing could be done to fix the issue.

Always very busy, and the baristas take it in stride.

Drink was :30 minutes later than app said. Store was dirty and employees don’t seem to care - likely because the management of Starbucks (corporate) doesn’t provide enough latitude to schedule and serve guests. The area or district manager doesn’t have to wonder long to understand why competitors are opening coffee stores in Lexington like wildfire. Give the young adults in the store a break…let them schedule enough staff to serve $6 coffee and keep consumers happy!
