Starbucks

I have never had this kind of experience at any other Starbucks they haveall been nice they've all been clean. But these ladies this morning we're simply amazing and made my day thank you so much.

Pulled up to a line of cars almost entirely wrapped around the parking lot. I put a mobile order in about 10 minutes before but I fully expected to have to wait considering the line. Walked in to find my order the way I wanted it with the staff trying their best. Also while I'm here, one time I put a mobile order in and went out to find that my car wouldn't start. I couldn't cancel in the app so I had to call and they let me come in the next day and they remade the order for free. They're super accommodating and they work hard, they just get slammed sometimes.

Slow service. Coffee was not flavourful. Music very loud.

Forgot side of salt and pepper for sandwich and waited 20 minutes for simple coffee. And they forgot the sweetener. No apologies !! Will not visit this site again

13 mins for a kids hot chocolate which is unacceptable. They was more worried about getting drive thru orders out and mobile orders. If I had knew that I would have stayed in drive thru and wouldn’t have waited 13 mins.

The Iced Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso is my go to and they make it perfect every time!
