Starbucks is my happy place for grabbing a cozy coffee and catching up with friends. Their drinks are always spot-on, and the vibe is super welcoming – it's like a home away from home!

Every time I go here they are always out of something or mess up my drink.

The worst starbucks in Lethbridge. Drinks are never made as ordered. Ask for extra hot or extra foam? Receive a luke warm drink with NO foam. Really wish they would take the time to make my drinks properly. Cold foam should be thick enough to sit on top the drink. Anytime I ask for it to be remade they argue with me like its a personal attack on them. Just make it right the first time these drinks are expensive and I want it made right... Really disappointing every time. Every other Starbucks can do it but this one for some reason. ..

The drive through is always randomly closed for no reason. its the only starbucks on the northside and its always closed. so unacceptable
